Role & responsibilities Configure and maintain QMS software to ensure compliance with industry standards. Provide training and support to users on QMS and Complaint Pro systems. Implement and support quality management systems (QMS) and complaint management systems (e.g., Complaint Pro). Monitor and analyze data from quality systems to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the documentation and tracking of quality issues and resolutions. Coordinate training sessions for end users on QMS and Complaint Pro systems. Compile and analyze data from quality systems to support continuous improvement initiatives. Provide user support and resolve technical issues. Monitor system performance and address issues. Manage system backups and recovery plans. Document procedures, operations, and issues. Test and evaluate new technology for possible Implementation. Communicate technical details to non-technical staff or clients. Coordinate with vendors for system repairs. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus. Relevant certifications or training in office administration are a plus. Preferred candidate profile Relevant 7-10 years of experience in a technical or business analyst or support role, preferably within a quality department. Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and complaint management systems (e.g., Complaint Pro). Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to quality management.
