Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical/Pharma).
Experience:2+ to 15 years in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, APIs, or pharma.
Freshers eligible for junior roles.

1. Job Purpose

To carry out efficient, compliant, and safe production activities for herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, and botanical products across the Nacharam and Choutuppal manufacturing units.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Production Operations

Execute daily production as per BMR/BPR.
Operate extractors, evaporators, dryers, pulverizes, blenders, and packing machinery.
Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products properly.
Ensure accurate documentation and logbook entries.

B. Quality & Compliance

Follow cGMP, HACCP, ISO, and company SOPs.
Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and batch clearance.
Support internal and external audits at both locations.

C. Productivity & Process Excellence

Meet production targets as per plan.
Improve process yields and reduce losses.
Assist in scale-up and process optimization activities.

D. Safety & Housekeeping

Adhere to EHS guidelines and safe equipment operations.
Maintain hygiene, discipline, and 5S practices on the shop floor.

E. Team Coordination

Guide operators and manpower during shifts.
Train teams on SOPs, safety, and process requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, QA, and R&D.

4. Skills Required

Knowledge of extraction, drying, blending, and packaging processes.
Good understanding of cGMP and documentation.
Strong communication and team-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts at either location.

5. Work Conditions

Rotational shifts.
Work allocation may be at Nacharam or Choutuppal based on operational needs.
Strict safety protocol adherence.
