Production Department Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Operator / Technician

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the production floor.
  

2. Production Supervisor / In-Charge

• Plan and manage daily production operations.
  
• Allocate work to operators and ensure workflow efficiency.
  
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
  
• Coordinate with the quality and warehouse teams for smooth output.
  
• Maintain production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
  

3. Quality Controller / Inspector

• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
  
• Maintain quality control records and documentation.
  
• Identify defects and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
  
• Ensure adherence to ISO and safety standards.
  

Warehouse Department – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Executive / Assistant

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods.
  
• Prepare goods for dispatch and maintain proper records.
  
• Manage stock levels and update inventory management systems.
  
• Coordinate with transport and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system is followed.
  

2. Storekeeper

• Maintain accurate records of stock received and issued.
  
• Verify and cross-check material requisitions with production needs.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
  
• Keep the warehouse area organized, clean, and secure.
  

3. Warehouse Supervisor

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
  
• Plan loading/unloading schedules efficiently.
  
• Ensure proper labeling and segregation of materials.
  
• Follow safety protocols and ensure no damage or loss of goods.
