Portfolio Valuations

Gurgaon - Debt Valuations:
Seeking professionals experienced in portfolio valuations with a focus on illiquid investments and corporate debt. Responsibilities include executing end-to-end debt valuation assignments, financial modeling, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports for investment portfolios. Experience with credit instruments, analytical frameworks, and relevant valuation methodologies is essential.

Mumbai - Private Equity Valuations:
Looking for candidates with strong exposure to private equity fund and asset valuations. The role requires performing independent valuations of PE investments, analysis of underlying business fundamentals, use of advanced financial models, and preparing investor presentations and recommendations. Private equity/venture capital exposure and sound understanding of market trends are necessary

Qualifications:

CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or similar
4-8 years of relevant portfolio - debt/private equity valuation experience
Proven skills in financial modeling and valuation techniques
