Job Description

Project Coordination & Execution: Oversee and manage product development, launch, and commercialization projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, operations, supply chain) to ensure successful execution from agreement signing through to market launch. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring new opportunities. Provide regular updates on new product developments and collaborate to align with their needs and expectations. Supply Chain & Order Management: Manage supply chain activities for key accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, tracking forecasts, and aligning delivery with contract terms. Database & Reporting: Maintain and update sales databases, client trackers, product development progress, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed. Profit Reconciliation & Payment Monitoring: Review profit reconciliation statements from clients quarterly to ensure payments are received according to the terms of the agreement.
