Hiring For Outbound Manager For WMS (Hooghly/Serampore)

Job Description

Responsibilities To managing and oversee entire outbound operations of the Company To oversee the packing, loading, and timely dispatch of goods. To ensure picking orders are being distributed to pickers in order of priority and monitor the exaction of work is as per plan. To ensure proper QC has been done for goods picked and the packing is eing done as per order. To ensure team has been given proper work and monitoring work is being done within the timelines Should have leadership and training abilities to train and manage team Should be able to coordinate with logistics teams, carrier, and other departments for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and SOP. Identify areas for efficiency and suggest best industry practices for implementation. To ensure KPIs are being met and deviation if any is being discussed with team and adhered. To ensure reports are being submitted on timely manner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management , or a related field (preferred). More than 5 years of experience in outbound related warehouse operations Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a must. Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
