We are now looking for skilled accounting professionals to join our finance team. --- Job Description Key Responsibilities: Recruit highly qualified external candidates for full-time professional and managerial positions as per clients requirements Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and Qualifications Play a lead role in the development of and / or develops and implements recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner. Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties Partners with hiring managers to negotiate salaries and compensation packages Participate in driving HR projects Prepare and maintain an active database of potential hires Look at optimal media usage for advertising hiring requirements Researches trends in recruitment techniques Search candidates through Portals, Headhunting, Social Sites and internal referral program Develops offers in line with approved guidelines Negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate Continue interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization Leads and closes all formalities related to on boarding of the candidate Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to parameter
