Hiring for L2 & L3 Network and Service Assurance Engineer Location: Pune & Noida Experience: 4 to 13 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Position Summary: The L2 & L3 Network Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network incidents, designing network changes, and ensuring seamless operations of enterprise networks. This role involves handling escalations, working with OEMs, and participating in architectural discussions for roadmap planning. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Resolve multi-domain network incidents that require design changes or OEM intervention while meeting SLA/KPIs. Network & Service Assurance: Provide L3 support for enterprise networks (WAN/LAN/WLAN/SDWAN) based on Cisco technologies. Change Management: Execute complex network changes and configurations. Architecture & Deployment: Act as a technical architect for day-2 operations, guiding deployments and making configuration packs. OEM Coordination: Manage escalations with OEMs (Cisco, others) for TAC cases and upgrades related to EoL/EoS devices. Collaboration with CSPs: Work with fault management teams for access link issues. Lifecycle Management: Support hardware/software upgrades and replacements. Technical Advisory: Stay updated with industry advancements and provide guidance on best practices. Incident Resolution & RCA: Participate in major incident resolutions and RCA preparation. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed reports and MS Office-based documentation. Minimum Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 4 to 13 years in enterprise network service assurance (L2 &L3 level). Certifications: CCNP (R&S) mandatory; CCIE (R&S) preferred. Must-Have Skills: Network Protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANs, VPNs. SD-WAN & Network Segmentation: Expertise in Cisco SD Access. Network Management Tools: Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), Cisco ISE (Preferred). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex network issues. Communication & Reporting: Strong verbal/written communication and RCA documentation skills. On-Call Support: Availability for emergency incident support when required.
