Role Overview:

The MIS & Project Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing project-related data, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, monitoring project progress, and preparing accurate MIS reports to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Coordination:

Collect, compile, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, gaps, or issues.
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases accurately.
Prepare presentations and summaries for management review.
Ensure timely circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with operations, HR, finance, and project teams to gather required data.

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Site Teams, Vendors, Contractors).
Monitor progress and highlight delays/risks to the Project Manager.
Organize project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Follow up with vendors/teams for project updates and documentation.
Maintain proper records of project execution documents.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts).
Good knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting formats.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and handle deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project tracking tools is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Specialization in MIS, Project Management, or related field will be an added advantage
