Job Description

Job Title: Hiring for Mechanical Design Engineer (Rotary & Packages) The candidate should be Graduate/ Postgraduate (Regular only) in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years of experience in Engineering of Rotary and Package Equipment in Process Industry, either in an Engineering Company or in the design department of company manufacturing static equipment for process industry. He/She should have capability to perform following activities Coordination with other departments for process input/output data and Client for inputs Co-ordination with vendors Checking of PDS for completeness/correctness Knowledge of American and ISO codes for various and Static and Rotary equipment Preparation MDSs and Technical Specifications for Rotary equipment likes Pumps, Compressors etc, Utility Packages like Boilers, Chiller plants, ETP, Driers, Cooling Towers, PSA Plants Thermic Fluid heaters etc and Process Packages like tanker unloading compressor packages, Flare Towers, Pneumatic Conveying systems, Vacuum systems etc. Raising Technical queries after study of technical quotations and resolution of the queries with vendors and client, Technical Evaluation of quotations after ensuring conformance with our data sheets and specifications and Technical Recommendation to client Review and approval of vendor documents after order is placed of the vendor Multidisciplinary exposure Knowledge of statutory approvals required Sound Engineering fundamentals to understand working principle of new packages and Rotary equipment. He/ She should be conversant with ISO certified company environment Relevant Industrial design codes such as ISO / API / ASME / Euro codes. Location: Pune Job Type: Work from Office
