For more company details, kindly check www.buzzworks.com Position - Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant Location - Somajiguda, Hyderabad Working Days - Monday to Friday (1st Saturday alone working day) Office Timing - 10 am to 7 pm Responsibilities: 1. Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. 2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates. 3. Perform in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills and qualifications. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies. 6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
