Production Machine Maintenance and Safety Production Machine Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery, including sewing machines, spreaders, and conveyorized hanger systems. Develop and maintain maintenance checklists, required parameters, and status reports. Review machine maintenance records (MTTR - Mean Time to Repair, MTBF - Mean Time Between Failures). Reduce Machine Breakdown Time: Monitor and reduce machine breakdown time through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. Ensure minimum stock quantity of machine parts to avoid delays in repairs. Machine Safety: Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular safety audits of machines and equipment. Preferred candidate profile • Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in maintenance in a textile or made-up factory. Hands-on experience with sewing machines, spreaders, conveyorized hanger systems, DG sets, compressors, water pumps, fire systems, and electric panels. • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of machine maintenance, utility maintenance, and HVAC systems. Expertise in maintenance processes, audits, and compliance standards. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and training skills.
