Role & responsibilities Work Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 6PM to 3AM ( Hybrid Mode ) Position summary Catalog Management & Virtual Production Support • Support to Talent Development Teams on Training content management on various LMS platforms. • Maintain and manage the Deloitte LMS • Data entry/verification for attendance capture/Learning session creation • Manage learning mailboxes and respond to queries. • Support Virtual Trainings on Virtual Delivery Platforms. • Oversee the delivery of virtual training sessions and provide required technical advice and instructions, initiating technology checks with Virtual Instructors and other presenters to ensure functionality. Qualifications Required: • 1-3 years of work experience in HR Operations domain • Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel • Good client management and relationship building skills • Excellent communication skills • Teaming skills
