Position title: IT Helpdesk support Position Location: Mumbai Andheri (E). Hours of operation: Rotational shifts (5.30 AM- 5.30 PM in summer and 6.30 am- 6.30 PM in winter) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. Key Skills: 1. Excellent Communication skills required.(Verbal and written - English Only) Responsibilities: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, and email. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure components. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Track and document all user interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Provide training and guidance to users on basic software and hardware usage.
