Job Description

Hiring for International Voice & Non Voice|| Freshers & Experience||

1.Customer Support Voice Process

Location:

Shifts

Salary Details:

Fresher: Up to 5 LPA (CTC 32,000/month)

1 Year Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA (CTC 36,000/month)

Transportation:

2-Way Cab Provided (up to 35 KM radius)

No Cab Option: 4,500 Monthly Transport Allowance

Qualification:

Intermediate / Graduate from any stream

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to services/products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate information.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

2. Customer Support Non Voice Process
