Job Description

Ensure precise and error free execution of trade Responsible for accuracy in preparing and printing contracts for clients and confirming the receipt. Ensures smooth settlement of trade and post trading activities Keeping in touch with circulars of NSE & BSE for operation in dealing and back office. Responsible for sending intimation of IPO/FPO to colleagues. Ensures proper documentation of papers for empanelment with institutional clients and following up with legal department for same. Responsible for providing brokerage details to accounts department for brokerage received from custodian. Responsible for keeping a check of ledger & trial balance for institutional clients. Responsible for sending monthly letters to Birla Sun life Insurance, SBI, SBI Pension etc. for back office. Ensures timely execution of back office operations by sending STP, contract, etc. without any discrepancy.
