Job Description

Responsibilities To oversee the receiving process at warehouse, To ensure goods are being unloaded in a timely and accurate way To ensure receiving of goods is being done as per ASN and PO. To ensure incoming goods undergo QC process set as per SOP and goods meet quality standards set and report discrepancies. Should have leadership and training abilities to train and manage team To ensure team has been give proper work and monitoring work is being done within the timelines Should be able to coordinate with buyers, logistics teams, and other departments for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and SOP. Identify areas for efficiency and suggest best industry practices for implementation. To ensure KPIs are being met and deviation if any is being discussed with team and adhered. To ensure reports are being submitted on timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management , or a related field (preferred). More than 5 years of experience in inbound related warehouse operations Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a must. Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
