The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hiring operations, meet targets, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals. Monitor team performance and ensure SLAs are met. Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Work closely with clients to understand and prioritize hiring needs. Ensure compliance with company and client policies. Generate reports and provide insights for leadership. Must-Have Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling abilities. Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing. Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
