Role & responsibilities E-commerce Data Management Accurately enter, update, and manage product listings, descriptions, part numbers, pricing, and specifications across multiple e-commerce platforms including our website Ensure correct categorization, tagging, and vehicle compatibility mapping for spare parts and accessories. Regularly upload and update stock availability using Excel files or platform-specific bulk upload tools. Enter data accurately Order Processing & Documentation Assist in processing online customer orders, invoices, and returns, ensuring timely dispatch. Cross-check order details with inventory to prevent mismatches and ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate digital and physical records of transactions for auditing and reporting. Inventory & Product Information Management Regularly update stock availability, pricing, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure real-time data accuracy. Identify and correct discrepancies in inventory records to prevent order fulfillment issues. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree. 1+ years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, or inventory management. Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories (preferred but not mandatory). Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Perks and benefits
