Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Provide clear and informative solutions to customer problems. Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and empathy. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures. Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates. SHIFT :Should be flexible for night shifts and rotational week offs 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off TRANSPORT : Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 15km to 20km of boundary limit.
