Job Description

Hiring for International Voice Process !

We are hiring for energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives for our International Voice Process. If you are passionate about solving problems, engaging with international customers, and growing in a dynamic tech-driven environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from US-based customers.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Update CRM systems with customer details and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Meet performance and quality targets set by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-first attitude with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Freshers are welcome we provide complete process training!
Prior experience in international voice or BPO process will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 18,000 22,000 in-hand per month
Performance Incentives + Night Shift Allowance + 5 Days Working + Growth Opportunities
