Roles and Responsibilities Hello, We at "Emonics Technologies" are looking young, dynamic and passionate individuals with a zeal to earn and grow as "Bench Sales Associate" .are hereby called to join us. As a "Bench Sales Associate" you will be a person at a staffing company that is responsible for marketing that company's 'bench' of consultants that are not working on projects. Please find the JD attached below. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients. • Sell bench candidates including direct marketing candidates or trainees or H1B transfer candidates. • Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants • Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information • Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. • Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc. • Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements. Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:30PM/7:30PM to 3:30AM/4:30AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
