Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Asset desk managers is responsible for business expansion and growth so as to achieve the topline and profitability goals of Retail Assets and Credit Cards Business of the Bank.
Responsible for driving the Cross Sell / Up-sell and NTB business by leveraging Branch employees across the region allocated.
Preparation of region level Business Plan for distributing Retail Assets and Credit Cards products through branch channel
Review and monitor performance of the branch asset desk managers for ensuring achievement of all productivity targets and quality & compliance standards.
Creating and enhancing brand visibility for Retail Assets and Credit Cards in branches through trainings, innovative marketing etc
Ensure compliance of all processes according to banks policies

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Knowledge and understanding of al Retail Assets Products HL, LAP, PL, GL, Agri, BL, LAS, Credit Cards etc
Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing and product trends
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Good interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to interact with cross functional teams for bringing synergy into overall delivery
