Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for entering suppliers invoices, reviewing appropriate documentation and coding prior to entry, through 3 way-matching, manual or import processes. Execute periodic credit card and bank account reconciliation. Assisting AP Manager and AP Director as needed Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors through timely invoice processing, reviewing statements and reconciling accounts Maintain accurate records and control reports Responsible for recording the monthly accruals Assist during audits Preferred candidate profile At least 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in Accounts Payable), high school diploma or equivalent Understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software Strong excel skills (intermediate or above) Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information. E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience preferred Perks and benefits
