Hiring For Scaffolding India Limited.
Position-Account Executive
Location-Navi Mumbai
Manage end-to-end sales accounting for domestic and export customers.
Prepare and verify sales invoices, e-way bills, and export documents (Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL, etc.).
Reconcile customer ledgers and coordinate for timely payments and collections.
Maintain records of sales orders, dispatches, and outstanding receivables.
Support GST filing, input/output reconciliation, and other statutory compliance.
Process credit/debit notes, discounts, and claims in coordination with Sales and Finance.
Generate monthly MIS and sales performance reports for management.
Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and banking teams for dispatch and export documentation.
Handle customer queries related to accounts, invoices, and statements.
Assist auditors with required documentation during audits.
