Job description Job Level- JL 3A Designation: Process Specialist Experience: 2-4 Years Location: Pune (Work from Office) Work Timings: US Shifts (Night Shifts) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Consumer Banking Specialist. As a Consumer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for executing transactions in accordance with prescribed guidelines and timelines. Your focus will be on verifying documents, analyzing data, responding to complaints and queries, and following all predefined procedures to ensure that service level agreement (SLA) targets are met and exceeded within the established guidelines. Job Responsibilities: Exceptional communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to convey complex ideas concisely. Knowledge on SOP and other process documents creation. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs. Eye for detail and report out quality measures for the process, also flag key risks if any. Provide process training and refreshers to junior staff. Handle process queries and Quality Auditing, upon expertise gained and certification for the same. Key Responsibilities: Execute transactions, including document verification, data analysis, and responding to complaints and queries. Follow predefined procedures to ensure adherence to guidelines and meet SLA targets. Demonstrate good knowledge of Title Review, Insurance Review, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), Centralized funding, Securities secured loans, Loan Funding and disbursement process. Possess knowledge of all banking documents required for loan applications, such as Tax returns, W-2 Statements, HUD-1 , and Insurance Policies. Develop a basic understanding of the client's business and key processes to relate your work to client outcomes. Identify areas for improvement in your work area and propose new ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Set personal learning goals and actively engage in formal and informal learning mechanisms to prioritize continuous learning. Utilize analytical abilities to break down problems into constituent parts and gain a better understanding of the issues at hand. Evaluate available solution options while solving problems to make informed decisions. Demonstrate high impact communications by structuring thoughts, using simple language, and exhibiting proficiency in English. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in consumer banking or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
