Manage walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.
Conduct campus tours and present the academic and extracurricular framework effectively.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Support and participate in admission events, school visits, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual admission targets.
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education preferred).
2 to 6 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
Self-motivated and team-oriented professional.
