Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective parents and students on school programs, facilities, and the admission process.
• Manage walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.
• Conduct campus tours and present the academic and extracurricular framework effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Support and participate in admission events, school visits, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual admission targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education preferred).
• 2 to 6 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Proficient in MS Office and data management tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented professional.
