Hiring Freshers 2024 & 2025 Graduates | 3-Month Contract Opportunity Job description Hardware Production Support Engineer Location: Smartcity, Kochi Job Type: Contract Position 6 Months to 1 Year Experience: Freshers Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ITI Job Summary: We are looking for a Hardware Production Support Engineer to assist in the kitting, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware components in our inventory facility. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical & Electronics/EC Engineering and a keen interest in production support and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in kitting of Bill of Materials to Contract Manufacturer Assist in the assembly and testing(DCR, functional testing using test fixtures)of electronic hardware components. Do the system assembly of PCBAs passing quality testing. Do packaging and shipping of assembled systems Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on hardware and electrical systems. Support production teams in resolving technical issues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain production standards. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement process improvements. Maintain and manage inventory Maintain production logs and report issues to senior engineers. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Strong understanding of circuit boards, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of PCB assembly, power electronics, or embedded systems is a plus Role: Production Engineer
