What You Will Do

As our Junior CTO, you will:

• Lead the development and evolution of our

  Django-based portal

• Build and maintain

  REST APIs

  (Django / FastAPI)
• Develop

  real-time communication features

  (WebSockets)
• Integrate

  local LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines and AI-powered features

• Manage deployments,

  Docker, Linux servers, Nginx, troubleshooting

• Improve system architecture and ensure code quality
• Create documentation, internal standards and technical processes
• Support and improve ERP-related workflows (basic Odoo knowledge is enough)
• Work directly with the CEO to define priorities and technical roadmap

80% coding + 20% technical leadership and decision-making.

Requirements (Mandatory 4–7 years)

• Strong experience in

  Python & Django

• Solid knowledge of

  Django REST Framework

• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker, Linux, Nginx

• Familiarity with

  LLMs, LangChain, RAG, embeddings or FastAPI

• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Good communication skills in English
• Problem-solver with product and business awareness

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• WebSockets (Django Channels / Socket.IO)
• Celery & Redis
• Experience with Odoo (even intermediate)
• Experience in startups or small tech teams
• CI/CD pipelines
