CRM Executive (Real Estate) Location : Mumbai, Kandivali Salary : 3.5 - 6 LPA Experience : 3-4 years Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial inquiry to post-sales service. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations. Manage CRM software, track customer interactions, and generate insights on sales performance. Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing, documentation, and legal formalities. Handle customer grievances, loan disbursement, and ensure smooth property handovers. Front Desk Executive Location : Mumbai, Kandivali Salary : 3 - 4.5 LPA Experience : 3-4 years Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional manner. Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations. Support sales and CRM teams by coordinating client inquiries.
