Position: CRM Architect Website: https://www.datamatics.com/ Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Job Description: Require CRM Solution Designer / CRM Functional Consultant with following skills: Good communication & presentation skills Minimum 5 years of implementation experience (Dynamics 365 Online preferred) Ability to demonstrate OOB functionality across Marketing, Sales and Service module (i.e Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement) Ability to provide OOB solutions (No-code,Low-code model) Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE Security Architecture Ability to demonstrate complex implementation experiences involving integration with dynamics CRM Requirements Gathering, Solution Designing, process documentation Rapid Prototyping / POC experience Good understanding of common data model & common data service Experience in Azure Devops Team handling skills. Added Advantage Azure Stack (Azure functions, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Identities) Offshore-Onshore Model Power platform (power apps, poerw apps portals, power automate, power BI) Microsft USD (Unified Service Desk) Experience in complex implementations with Client side scripting Experience in any enterprise architecture process framework (TOGAF, Zachman etc) Certified in Microsoft Business Apps (Microsoft Dynamics CE + Power Platform)
