Learn more at www.circana.com Job description The Development Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development process, including project planning, development, testing, deployment as well as leading a team of developers. The Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day development activities and will work closely with the Development Manager and other department heads to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets Contribute to development activities related to projects actively with hands on code implementations. Produce innovative ideas for improve UI interface. Deep understanding of user interface designs Determining application functions and building objectives with the team Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion, and communicate project status and progress to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Lead and mentor a team of developers Establish and maintain a high-performing team through regular team meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development management, including at least 4 years of experience leading an offshore development team Well versed with the any of the JS framework (React, Angular, VueJS details mentioned below) along with hands on experience. Experience with customer-facing web applications and architectures Full stack development experience (Java development, database design and development, UI) Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team of developers Experience working with remote teams and a proven ability to establish and maintain effective communication channels Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, including discovery, design,development, testing, deployment, maintenance Experience with software best practices, coding standards and version control protocols Knowledge of current frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and libraries. A strong portfolio of top-class coding and builds to your name. Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred Hands on experience with below technologies Spring Boots Advance Java SQL Microservices (optional) Kubernetes / Docker(optional).
