Position description: This role involves overseeing batch scheduling, enrollment management, attendance tracking, and ensuring the overall smooth execution of educational programs. Your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to streamline processes will contribute to the success of our educational initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Enrollment and Onboarding: Responsible for overseeing the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for students joining a new batch or cohort. This includes managing the registration system, verifying student credentials, and facilitating the enrollment process. The executive is also responsible for communicating essential information to enrolled students, such as course details, schedules, and any pre-course requirements. A seamless onboarding process sets the tone for a positive learning experience and helps students transition into their educational journey with clarity and confidence. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Batch management executives play a crucial role in monitoring the progress of each batch throughout the duration of a course or program. This involves implementing systems to track attendance, performance, and other relevant metrics. The executive should generate regular reports on the academic and overall performance of the batches and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders, such as instructors, program managers, and, in some cases, students and parents. By closely monitoring progress, the executive can identify any issues that may arise and implement interventions or improvements as needed to ensure a high-quality educational experience for the students within the batch.
