Location - Hyderabad- Uppal Shift-9 AM- 6 PM IST Responsibilities: Full life cycle of the IT staffing business: Technical recruiting skills with soundtrack record Strong ability in identify, cold calling and qualifying candidates Understand Understanding requirements, coordinate with the TLs/ Account Manager Ensure interview turnout and quality line ups Proven client prospects and create proactive pool Hands on with active and passive candidate sourcing Salary requirements and negotiation Should have experience on C2H and permanent positions Understanding of strategies to close varied nature of positions as per Client needs Knowledge of domain and technology based recruiting Schedule candidates for interviews with clients and coordinate with the Account Manager/ TL Maintain all documentation using candidate database to track information and hiring metrics
