Job Description

Role & responsibilities Promoting the brand image of the SUD Life and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand building exercises, as well as maintaining optimal & thriving relationships with all the stakeholders Handling agent and AL onboarding process at zonal level Creation and circulation of tracker on daily basis- login, issuance, hiring, business launch, target vs achievement, goal sheet performance, PIP data etc MIS maintenance at ZH discretion for daily /weekly review meeting Representative of central support team at zone level Coordination with relevant departments for smooth functioning of agency channel for the zone Adherence to all IRDA regulations and keeping pace with changes in the regulatory guidelines/framework for Life Insurance particularly for agency channel Preferred candidate profile Desired age: 20 to 40 years Minimum 1 years of relevant experience. Agency channel experience will be preferred Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA will be preferred Adept, In coordination activities with various departments Proficient in Excel Analytics, Dashboard Preparation. Macro, Power BI will be preferable. Extensive skills in verbal communication: Local Language proficiency with working knowledge of English. Perks and benefits negotiable as per your current ctc & max ctc is 8 lak
