Job Description

Hi,

EverEnviro is looking to hire Area Manager Sales for its Patran, Punjab location. The details are as follows:

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development:
Establish and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers for biofertilizers and related agri-products.
Retail Growth Focus:
Drive consistent month-on-month development of retail sales through partner channels.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners by providing timely support, product information, and strategic guidance.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed sales and market reports to the reporting manager on daily basis.
Market Expansion:
Identify growth opportunities and implement plans to expand market presence in the assigned territory.
Farmers data management:
Identify farmers purchasing FOM/LFOM in the vicinity of the plant, organize farmer engagement meetings, and develop/maintain a structured database of these farmers.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in selling
biofertilizers/bio stimulants/fertilisers
is
mandatory
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(data tracking, reporting, etc.).
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively as per business needs.

Minimum Qualification:

B.Sc.(Agriculture) / M.Sc. (Agriculture)
Candidates with M.Sc. Agriculture or MBA (Agri-Business Management) from a recognized Agriculture University (full-time) will be preferred.
