Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Two-Wheeler Loans division, located in Chandigarh. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and manage client relationships, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing the sales team, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval. Qualifications Strong sales and client relationship management skills Experience in the two-wheeler loans or financial services industry Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Team management and leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports Knowledge of loan processing and approval procedures Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with the Chandigarh market is a plus Show more Show less
