Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Associate / Career Advisor to join our Ahmedabad team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for job seekers, helping them understand available opportunities and aligning them with suitable roles, primarily for the US market. Key Responsibilities Engage with candidates through calls, emails, and video meetings to understand their career goals and skillsets Provide guidance on suitable job opportunities based on their experience and aspirations Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruiters or clients Maintain accurate candidate information and updates in CRM tools Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams for seamless candidate alignment Follow up with candidates post-interview and support documentation processes Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Willing to work in Shift Timing: US EST Time Zone (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST) (Night Shift) Experience in BPO, EdTech sales, recruitment, or career counseling is an advantage Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email tools) Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates are encouraged to apply Must be open to working onsite from the Ahmedabad office Eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-focused environment Perks & Benefits Attractive performance-based incentives Night shift allowance Professional development and internal growth opportunities Safe working environment with transport arrangements for night shifts (if applicable)
