A fast-growing company in the Conversational AI and Customer Experience sector, we design and ship multilingual voice and digital experiences that connect brands with millions of users across India. Our teams build, localize, and operate voice assistants, IVR flows, chatbots, and social messaging content—ensuring communications feel natural, culturally relevant, and high-performing in market-specific dialects.We are recruiting a remote Hinglish Language Expert based in India to craft natural Hindi-English copy, optimize voice and chat conversational flows, and own linguistic quality for products used by large enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

Produce high-quality Hinglish copy for voice assistants, IVR prompts, chatbots, SMS, and social channels—ensuring naturalness across formality levels and user segments.
Transcreate and localize source English/Hindi content into contextually accurate Hinglish variants, preserving intent, tone, and brand voice.
Optimize scripts for speech recognition and natural language understanding (ASR/NLU): simplify phonetics, test edge pronunciations, and recommend alternate utterances.
Perform linguistic QA on localized assets, validate time-coded transcripts/subtitles, and maintain translation memory and style guides for Hinglish usage.
Collaborate with voice designers, conversational designers, QA, and engineering to iterate on prompts based on analytics and user testing.
Maintain and evolve Hinglish glossaries, tone matrices, and best-practice playbooks to scale consistent, brand-aligned experiences.
