Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous.
