Job Title: Hindi Faculty – State Board (Grade 11 & 12) Location: Sri Edu Foundation, Jalalhali, Bangalore Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Joining: Immediate Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Sri Edu Foundation is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Hindi Faculty member to teach Grade 11 and 12 students under the Karnataka State Board syllabus . The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Teach Hindi language and literature to students of Grade 11 & 12, as per the Karnataka State Board curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, academic materials, and internal assessments. Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluations. Assist students in improving their reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills. Maintain records of student performance and provide academic support when needed. Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and parent-teacher meetings. Foster a disciplined and engaging learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field. B.Ed. preferred, but not mandatory for freshers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with State Board syllabus and exam pattern. Ability to join immediately. Teaching experience of 0–2 years (freshers are encouraged to apply). Preferred Skills: Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature. Ability to engage students through interactive and creative teaching methods. Basic digital literacy for using teaching tools and presentations.
