Job Opportunity: Online Hindi Tutor (Grades 3–12) We are looking for experienced Hindi tutors to join our team of dedicated online educators. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in teaching Hindi as a First and Second Language to students from Grades 3 to 12, across CBSE, ICSE, and Karnataka State Board curricula. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging online Hindi classes for students in Grades 3–12 Deliver personalized instruction in one-on-one and small group formats Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the respective educational board syllabus Focus on developing all core language skills: reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and comprehension Monitor, assess, and report on student progress regularly Effectively use digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and online whiteboards for teaching Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Hindi in an online environment At least 5 years of total teaching experience in schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or EdTech platforms Strong understanding of the Hindi curriculum across CBSE, ICSE, and Karnataka State Boards Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English Must currently be residing in Bengaluru Please note: Freshers will not be considered Technical Requirements: Pen tablet / digital writing pad / tablet Laptop or desktop with a functional camera and microphone Stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps Proficiency in using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams Work Schedule: Flexible working hours based on student availability Preference for evening and weekend sessions Compensation: Competitive hourly or monthly pay Salary will vary based on: Student grade level Type of session (individual or group) Board of education (CBSE, ICSE, State) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹11,032.61 - ₹13,967.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Application Question(s): Do you have pentab or writing board?
