Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Enquiry Management: Engage with enquires generated through various marketing channels and activities, ensuring timely follow-up. Sales Presentation: Conduct in-depth consultations via phone or video, presenting the unique value and benefits of our high-ticket products/services. Negotiation: Skillfully navigate objections and challenges, finding solutions that address client concerns while maintaining the integrity and value of the offering. Closing Sales: Secure sales of our high-ticket items, ensuring all administrative tasks (contracts, payments, etc.) are handled promptly and professionally. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product lineup, keeping up-to-date with new features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Reporting: Regularly update and maintain sales records, tracking all interactions and outcomes in our CRM. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and sales techniques to enhance performance and meet sales quotas. Filtering Criteria: We are looking for people who are born with sales skills and are natural with it. So, while the candidate can be of any age, they must have crossed a threshold of 6 Lakhs per annum before they turned 26. Must have been a high achiever in a sales, influence or any form of closing and converting role. Must have already been earning above 6 Lakhs per annum. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a direct sales role, preferably with high-ticket items or services. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Persuasion: Proven ability to influence decision-makers and close significant deals. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing tools, and other sales technology. Customer-Centric: A deep commitment to understanding client needs and delivering value. Integrity: Upholds the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
