Job Description

Deliver structured and engaging lessons based on the school’s curriculum and guidelines. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and projects that promote critical thinking and subject understanding. Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests, assignments, and participation. Maintain discipline and create a respectful and motivating classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities or events. Stay updated with current teaching strategies and subject-specific developments. Support the school’s educational goals and uphold its values and discipline policies.
