Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a School Counselor at the Noida campus of Shiv Nadar School. The School Counselor (executive) will work closely with students, parents, and educators to provide college and career guidance support. Daily responsibilities include offering individual and group counseling sessions, facilitating career counseling, administrative tasks related to the counselling Center, using tech platforms to optimise work and arranging sessions with external stakeholders. The role also involves guiding students in their profile development and coordinating with academic staff.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience
• Knowledgeable in data handling, MSOffice suite including excel and PowerPoint, newer platforms, managing knowledge archives & drafting data driven ppts
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to foster connections with students, parents, and staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant certifications is preferred.
• Experience in school counseling roles or similar environments will be an advantage.
