Job Responsibilities: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Ensure tables are clean, presentable, and properly set Respond to guest needs, questions, or complaints with care Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items and recommend specials or promotions Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company policy Process billing and payments using POS systems Help with closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a bonus) Positive attitude and team player Neat appearance and good personal hygiene Ability to handle pressure during busy hours Prior experience in F&B/hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory What We Offer: Friendly work environment Staff meals and refreshments Incentives & performance bonuses Opportunities to grow within the company Training provided for freshers Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Expected hours: 48 per week Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 28/07/2025
