Location: Navi Mumbai - Mahape Role : We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual with experience in EDM, US Payroll, and US Benefits. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and implement new ideas to improve processes. Job Responsibilities : 1. Minimum 1 to 5 years' work experience in EDM / US Payroll / US Benefits. 2. Fair understanding about payroll concepts. 3. Practical expertise with on-cycle and off-cycle payroll. 4. Proficient knowledge in MS Excel. 5. Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. 6. Maintain accuracy of 99% in data processing. 7. Demonstrate professional etiquette in all interactions. 8. Ability to recognize and interpret handwritten language. 9. Exhibit a strong commitment to work and continuous learning. 10. Flexibility to work in any shift as required. 11. Good grasping power to understand new concepts quickly. 16. Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team. 17 Proven ability to work as a good team player. 18. Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace. 19. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Applications is an added advantage. 20. Ability to implement new ideas to improvise existing processes. Criteria : 1.1-5 years of relevant experience in EDM, HRO, US Payroll, and Benefits. 2. Proficient in MS Excel. 3. Ability to work in flexible shifts. 4. Strong attention to detail with high accuracy. 5. Familiarity with PeopleSoft Applications. 6. Experience in recognizing handwritten documentation. Shifts timings: Morning Shift- 8 AM to 5.30 PM IST & US Shift (EST and PST)
