Job Title: Helper (Dog Handler/Kennel Worker) Location: Mumbai {MH} Employment Type: Full-Time (Day & Night Shifts) No. of Vacancies: 6 Package: Upto -(3 LPA) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience handling stray or community dogs Key Responsibilities: Daily Care Duties: Feed dogs in accordance with dietary plans, especially tailored to senior dogs Clean kennels thoroughly and maintain high standards of hygiene Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean shelter environment Dog Socialisation & Rehabilitation: Spend time interacting with dogs to provide emotional comfort and reduce stress Assist in rehabilitating dogs with behavioral issues, helping prepare them for potential adoption Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe dogs for any signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior Promptly report changes in health or behavior to veterinary staff for appropriate action Additional Requirements: At least 4 out of the 6 helpers must possess a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license , to assist with transportation and logistics as needed Reporting To: Helpers will report to and work under the supervision of the LSS (Livestock Supervisor/Lead Shelter Staff) Please contact for further discussion.
