Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring excellent customer service. Provide first-level assistance and escalate issues when necessary. Log, track, and update customer queries in the ticketing system. Coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries for reporting and analysis. Ensure prompt follow-ups and closure of pending requests. Assist in troubleshooting common IT or service-related concerns over the phone. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and company information. Support administrative tasks as required
